Caring staff
Due to the unique structure of our facility, the owner, a licensed nurse, resides on-site and is available on-call 24 hours a day. With over 15 years of hands-on caregiving experience and having earned her nursing license in 2016, she brings a specialized focus in geriatric care to Oak View.
Our dedicated caregivers are equally exceptional, boasting over 18 years of hands-on caregiving experience, with additional training in cosmetology, which they completed in 2018. This diverse expertise allows our team to offer well-rounded, personalized care.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a low caregiver-to-resident ratio, typically 1:3, ensuring each resident receives attentive, individualized care around the clock.
Luxurious living Environment
Thoughtfully designed with the comfort and needs of our residents in mind, Oak View offers spacious private bedrooms, each featuring an ensuite half bath and individual heating and cooling systems to ensure a personalized climate for every resident. Each room also includes a 55-inch mounted television set into a striking statement wall complete with an electric fireplace, providing both warmth and ambiance.
Our spa-like main shower room is fully equipped with ADA-compliant features, offering accessibility and luxury. The expansive common areas are tastefully furnished to reflect the preferences and aesthetics of our residents, creating inviting spaces to relax and socialize. Additionally, our beautifully crafted built-in library is well-stocked with a diverse selection of books, perfect for residents who enjoy quiet moments with a good read.

Quality Meals
We provide three freshly prepared, home-cooked meals daily, tailored to meet a wide range of dietary needs. We consider the preferences and tastes of our residents when planning meals, ensuring a variety of enjoyable options. Additionally, snacks are available between meals at residents request. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted with nutritional balance in mind, following the principles of the food pyramid to promote overall health. We also accommodate special dietary requirements, ensuring all residents can enjoy their meals while maintaining their well-being.
